Shipping Policy

Shipping Times and Costs

Standard shipping is free anywhere within the contiguous United States. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process at our warehouse before they are shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive a tracking number and see an estimated delivery date. Orders within the United States typically arrive 10-15 business days after they are shipped.

If you need your order urgently, you can select expedited shipping at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited shipping orders within the United States typically arrive 5-8 business days after they are shipped.

Please note that orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the next business day. Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

If you have not received the boots, but the logistics receipt shows that the goods have been signed for, please contact us within 5 working days, otherwise the customer needs to contact the logistics company to resolve this issue.
