- Options: Depending on the nature of the issue, we will provide you with suitable options, which may include product replacement, size exchange, or refund.
Free Returns within 30 Days:
If for any reason, such as you have changed your mind or the product matches the description on our website but does not meet your expectations, you decide to return the product within the first 30 days after receiving it, you are entitled to a hassle-free return and refund process, and you will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.
To ensure a smooth return process and to be eligible for a full refund or exchange, please use the original packaging and keep the product in the condition it was received. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
If we find that the returned item is damaged due to improper packaging or handling, you may not be able to receive a full refund.
More than 30 days:
If you contact us after the 30-day period regarding size or quality issues, we will assume that you have inspected and accepted the product and there are no issues, and will reserve the right to refuse the return.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you immediately and let you know whether the refund has been approved. For customer-initiated returns covered by our policy, the refund amount will include the original shipping cost (if applicable) and will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive the returned product and process the refund.

Other payment methods: 5-15 days.
Returns in Transit:
If your order is already in transit, we are temporarily unable to process returns. However, after receiving the product, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can request a return as described above.

Expedited Exchanges:
For faster exchanges, return the existing item and request a refund, and purchase a new item separately.
Alternatively, we will accept your return and send you a new item.
